Our service
GraveListing.com is an online marketplace and listing service that advertises cemetery plots and burial rights offered by private sellers and introduces buyers and sellers. GraveListing.com is not a cemetery and does not own the plots listed on this website. Ownership transfers are completed through the cemetery office.

Listing and referral fees
Sellers pay a one-time listing fee of US$50 per listing, and listings remain active until sold. If a buyer introduced through GraveListing.com completes a purchase, the seller pays a referral fee of 10% of the total selling price. Buyers are not charged a referral fee.

Payments and transfers
GraveListing.com does not hold buyer or seller funds, does not provide escrow services, and does not guarantee payment. Buyers and sellers arrange payment between themselves and complete the transfer of ownership through the cemetery office.

Listing information
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide for their listings. Buyers should verify the details of a listing with the seller and the cemetery office before completing a purchase. We may edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer available.
