Transfer Fee: we will cover the standard Arbor Memorial administrative ownership transfer fee (approx. $315–$355 + HST per plot)
Secure & Legal Transfer Process:
For total transparency and peace of mind, the entire transaction and legal deed transfer will be facilitated in person by an official Arbor Memorial representative directly inside the Glendale Cemetery office. The cemetery will verify the unencumbered interment rights and issue a brand-new official Interment Rights Certificate directly to the buyer.
