TWO Burial Plots for Sale: Garden of the Last Supper – Glendale Memorial Gardens

TWO side-by-side adult interment spaces are available for sale. Plots can be used as a family burial site.

Each plot is a standard depth (9’ X 3’4”) which will accommodate either one traditional casket interment and two cremation urns or three cremation urns.

These plots (Lot number 357A, spaces 1 and 2) are in the “Garden of the Last Supper” in the Glendale Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Etobicoke. (1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke, M9W 5T1. Albion Road and Highway 27).

Asking price for each plot is: $6500.  Retail pricing is $8,700 plus HST/ per plot. Willing to sell plots separately.

Payment requirements: electronic fund transfer, money order, or certified cheque.

To finalize the sale the buyer will need to meet the seller at the site to transfer the ownership. The administrative transfer fees (approximately $300, plus HST) to Glendale Memorial are the buyer’s responsibility.
